Neck injuries were predominantly due to hanging.Conclusions: Maxillofacial injuries are most common ENT injuries in Sikkim.Maxillofacial injuries to nose are the most common ENT injuries in Sikkim.Suicidal hanging is an unusually common mode of neck injury.
